The Making of Dye-Namics web site.

The Dye-Namics web site and logo are completely 3D modeled and rendered in Strata Studio Pro©. Created by Nicholas Digital Arts.

Created completely in house at Nicholas Digital Arts, the Dye-Namics business card was scanned in hi-resolution. Using advanced graphics editing applications, the outline of the Dye-Namics logo was redrawn and imported into Strata Studio Pro©.

The Dye-Namics logo outline was extruded in 3D, and resaved as a three dimensional object.

The Dye-Namics 3D logo was placed into a virtual staging area, complete with camera views.

Surface qualities, lighting and shading were established inside our virtual Dye-Namics universe.

The final phase was to add a tie-dye texture to the logo itself. The texture was taken from a Dye-Namics t-shirt using digital photography.

The completed logo is now used for many items on the Dye-Namics web site. Digital photography of the custom Dye-Namics patterns has also helped to create the emerging software products, currently coming online in the Dye-Namics Shopping Cart pages.
